What people usually ask
If I stop paying, is my data gone?
Not at once. An invoice seven days past due suspends the service — the address and the data stay intact, it simply stops serving. Pay, and it comes back on its own. Data is only released much later, and there is a holding period after that.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, at no charge. You add two DNS records: one proves the domain is yours, the other points it at us. We handle the certificate.
Can I get inside the server?
Yes. There is a console and a live log stream in the dashboard, with session limits and a record of every session. What there is not: access to anyone else's.
What if I need something bigger mid-month?
Move up any time. You are charged the difference for the rest of the period you already paid for, not a full month.
