1What we provide
PodsFlow runs the app you choose from our catalog on infrastructure we manage, together with its address, TLS certificate, monitoring and billing.
We manage the layer beneath your app: servers, network, storage and platform updates. You manage what is inside it — content, its users, configuration, and the version of the app you run.
We do not promise a specific uptime level (SLA) at this stage. Planned maintenance is announced in advance; unplanned disruption is reported through alerts in the dashboard.
2Your account
One account represents one workspace. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite.
Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else is using your account. We can revoke every session on it at your request.
You must be at least 17, or of legal age where you are.
3Payment
The price that applies is the one shown when you order, including 11% Indonesian VAT. Services are billed per the cycle you choose — monthly, three months, or twelve months up front.
Invoices fall due 7 days after they are issued. Pay by Midtrans, bank transfer, or from a balance you topped up.
A balance you top up does not expire and can pay any invoice. It is not a deposit you can withdraw on demand; refunds are at our discretion, through the original payment route.
Changes that increase capacity mid-period are charged pro rata against the remainder of the period you already paid for, not a full period.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A cycle you already paid for keeps its price until that cycle ends.
4Late payment
The sequence is fixed, and you can work it out yourself:
Day 0, due date — a reminder is sent; the service keeps running in full.
Day 7 — the service is suspended: it stops serving and shows a suspension page. Your data, address and certificate are not touched. Once the invoice is paid, the service comes back on its own.
Day 14 (7 days suspended) — the service is torn down: the running part is deleted; your data volume is still held for the retention period in section 6.
We charge no late fees. What happens is simply that the service stops serving until it is paid.
5Backups are your responsibility
Keep your own copy of your data, outside PodsFlow. This is not legal boilerplate; it is technical advice we mean literally.
We offer restore points as a paid add-on. A restore point is a copy of your volume kept on the same disk as the original: it saves you from a failed change, an accidental deletion, or a bad upgrade — and it is lost with the volume or service if that is permanently deleted. That is why we call them restore points, not backups.
We do not guarantee the availability, completeness or success of any restore. Nor can we recover data past the retention period in section 6 — after that it is genuinely gone, including for us.
You can export your data at any time through the app you run (its own export, a database dump, or the console we provide).
6Ending a service & retention
You may end a service at any time from the dashboard. It takes effect immediately; we do not refund the unused part of a prepaid period.
When a service is torn down — by you, or by us for non-payment — the running part is deleted first, while your data volume is held for 7 days. During that window your data can still be recovered on request; recovery of this kind is done by our team and billed as a service.
After 7 days the volume is permanently deleted. That deletion cannot be undone and leaves no copy with us.
You may also ask for permanent deletion sooner, before the retention period ends.
To close your account entirely, end all your services and write to [email protected]. We keep billing records as required by applicable accounting law, even after an account is closed.
7Suspension & termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your service if: an invoice goes unpaid as described in section 4; the service is used for anything prohibited in section 8; or your usage threatens the stability or security of other customers.
A suspension for abuse is not lifted by paying an invoice. It is lifted only once the matter is resolved.
For serious or unlawful breaches we may suspend without prior notice. Otherwise we tell you and give you a chance to put it right.
We state the reason for a suspension when you ask, unless stating it would itself break the law or compromise an ongoing investigation.
8Prohibited use
Not allowed: anything unlawful under Indonesian law; distributing malware, phishing or spam; attacking, scanning or overloading other systems; cryptocurrency mining; infringing intellectual property; storing or distributing child exploitation material; and any attempt to leave the boundary of your own service to reach other customers or our infrastructure.
You are responsible for your app's content and users, including compliance with the rules of your own industry.
The detail — mail rules, resource use, how to report abuse, and what we do about a report — is in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9Your data
The data you store remains yours. We do not use it for anything other than running the service you bought.
Our staff may access your systems where needed for support, maintenance or a security investigation. For the same purposes our staff may view your account and dashboard as you see them — read-only, for a limited time, and without separate notice; during that time staff cannot change anything on your behalf and do not open the contents of your services. Every such access is logged with its reason.
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any loss connected with the service is limited to what you paid for that service in the last 3 months.
We are not liable for lost profit, lost customers, or other indirect loss — including loss of data you did not back up yourself as described in section 5.
Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
11Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Changes that materially affect you are announced at least 30 days before they take effect, by email and in the dashboard.
If you do not accept a change, you may end your services before it takes effect.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes not settled amicably go to the competent courts in Jakarta.
